Terms of Service

AttractOS is operated by Sovereign Firm. By running a scan or purchasing a deep audit you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What AttractOS does

AttractOS samples what public AI assistant-search APIs return for the search intents you give us, and reports who those assistants cite. It is public-web research on a domain you name — we do not log into, modify, or claim any affiliation with the domains scanned. Reports describe what our samples returned on a given date; they are not a guarantee of future assistant behavior.

Acceptable use

• Scan domains you own or have a legitimate business reason to research. Don't use AttractOS to harass, impersonate, or target individuals.
• We do not run scans against government, military, or education domains, and we may decline any domain or intent at our discretion.
• Search intents must be plain search phrases. Attempts to inject instructions, submit abusive or unlawful queries, or overload the service are prohibited and may be blocked.
• Don't resell or redistribute raw reports as your own product without permission.

The free scan

Free scans are offered as-is, subject to a daily budget and per-user rate limits. We may cache and re-serve a recent report for a domain that was scanned within the last 30 days rather than re-running it.

The $79 deep audit

The deep audit is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. If any assistant lane is degraded, or we cannot sample enough of your intents to produce a sound report, we hold or automatically refund the audit rather than deliver a weak one. See our refund policy.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Assistant answers vary between runs and change over time. AttractOS reports a sampled snapshot and makes no warranty that results are complete, current, or repeatable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereign Firm's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.
