Refund Policy

The $79 deep audit comes with a straightforward refund policy. We'd rather refund a customer than deliver a report that isn't worth it.

7-day, no questions asked

If you're not satisfied with your deep audit for any reason, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain why.

Automatic refunds

Some refunds happen without you asking:

• If we can't successfully sample enough of your intents across the assistant lanes to produce a sound report, we refund the audit automatically and email you an apology.
• If a technical failure on our side prevents us from finishing your audit, it's refunded in full.

When we can't confidently deliver, the charge does not stand.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You'll get a confirmation email when we process it.
